This is extremely sickening. Seems to have killed even more of his family before this too. Mother was the kindergarten teacher, most of the kids who are dead were in kindergarten.

I don't think any gun control would stop these kind of things... they'll just find a different weapon.

My thoughts and prayers are with the victims.

Do you really think he could have knifed 27 people to death? I guess he could have used a crossbow, but that's about it...
Today, someone in China stabbed 22 elementary school kids. And other cases (also in China) had people killing over 20 kids in knife attacks before

Why do people act like it would be so easy to get an illegal gun if the most deadly guns were illegal?  I agree it would be possible for years, until the police eventually confiscate them all, but I definitely don't think it would be easy.  I think most people don't really have any idea where to find an illegal gun...

It's not at all difficult to acquire marijuana despite decades of prohibition.

Can you grow guns in your closet?
If you have a 3D printer, you can create your own guns now.
