I didn't think Orange County was that surprising, but the margin was definitely surprising.
For Trump (flips):
Pinellas, FL
Trumbull, OH
Macomb, MI (margin)
Elliott, KY (margin)
Suffolk, NY
Monroe, FL
For Clinton (flips):
Orange, CA (margin)
Cobb, GA
Gwinnett, GA
Fort Bend, TX
Whitman, WA
There are a lot of rural counties in Democratic states that flipped. I don't mention them only because I don't necessarily recall them from memory.
