Post-paid through Verizon. It's a family share plan with five lines and heavily discounted unlimited data (i.e. under $250/month total for all lines). I am considering dropping unlimited data to get a subsidized upgrade for the next iPhone in the fall. I don't like the idea of going down to 2GB/month, but I've never exceeded that on my iPhone 4 since I'm virtually always using WiFi. That's not to mention that 3G speeds aren't impressive at all and can't lay a finger on my home WiFi.
