Like-love them, depending. Picked like them. As a kid, lima beans and brussels sprouts I really did not like, and we had them a lot (I liked broccoli, though, and now I love it). Ha, how tastes change. I love lima beans now also. More so than how they are prepared, I find that brussels sprouts cannot be undercooked. If they're undercooked they're bitter to me somehow, but if they're cooked through they're mild and very tasty. Vegetables really have a lot of natural flavor (you have to do very little to them to add to the flavor, unlike meat).
