A five hour nap during the day? Unbelievable.

The one good thing that could possibly come from this is that everything said and done by Bushie is a case in point for what you do NOT want to do.

A credible physician would tell anybody immediately and firstly that five-foot-eight pushing 300 is a no-go. Start by losing a hundred. Then chip away after that to get it as far under 200 as reasonably possible. I don't understand why Bushie wouldn't want to feel better. You just have to do it - stop eating, start moving, don't mind feeling a little hungry. It's lifestyle. You want headaches? No energy? Keep it up.

And yeah, another day off when he's very replaceable. If he's temp or trial-basis help, he's surely at least been told he won't be brought back at this point.

Well, the corn and green beans were good. Corn is a grain and a veggie. Whole corn is quite good for you. The ice cream canceled it, though, probably. Hopefully only one piece of pumpkin pie was consumed.

She is going to stop me from having fast food every night and I will stop her from having a bowl of cereal every night. 

At night? If you're going to have poor eating habits, the former is a whole lot worse than even a bad example of the latter. So she's doing you the favor.

Good Saturday Morning!  I slept for almost 10 hours and slept very well.  Breakfast is over

No exercise = no energy.

It's like going home early from school or something!! But Bushie seems to have the attitude that this is school. Where he should be is at the gym. But lunch and a nap sound about right.
