Can we get actual stimulus plans going?  The pacific does not have this money.  Please for the love of god let's start drafting a stimulus plan for the 15b you just received.  If we fail to do so within the month I will ensure these funds are automatically rescinded.  It's great that the council wants to discuss these ideas but put your regions situation into perspective please.  Now stop making me write posts on my phone.

Communication was very poor through that whole process, and evidently it continues to be very poor. I was under the impression that we were spending it, but perhaps what the federal government would like to see is, say, a chart?

It appears this did not pass, but honestly, I'd have a tough time with this due to the cost and also I tend to be of a BOOKS first kind of thought. Pumping technology in isn't always an end-all-be-all kind of thing.
