^There's an argument to be made that Bush's penchant for tax cuts without discipline for ending the cuts quickly was just as much a factor as Clinton's deregulations. No he didn't cause the thing singlehandedly but, i mean, he could have reinstated Glass-Steagal if he wanted Tongue
