Tom Cole spoke at my commencement, and if I'm being perfectly honest, I fell asleep for most of it.

He's not an entertaining guy, I'll take it for that.

I was actually surprised he wasn't leading by more. As for the commencement address I just felt like sharing, lol.

I can't support either ticket. Chris "Krispy Kreme" Christie's VP is pro-abortion and Krispy is too moderate. Conservatives and Tea Partiers. 24 years of moderates getting the nod isn't gonna cut it anymore.

Are you playing the part of a conservative voter destroying the party?

I'm picturing a hilarious SNL skit featuring Bobby Moynihan where he tries to chase Patrick around the town hall

Maybe you're just over-interpreting the fact that he gave Christie ME2 already. Either way we'll find out when the final results come in! Can't wait, although I am of course sad for Patrick.

Are you going to take this to 2020? Cause I expect it to be Reaganesque

I figure a governor of the state with the largest population might have some experience with urban development. Though maybe the governor of the state with the largest population per square mile would be better...

Glad to see Schweitzer sinking! He's a nice guy who I'd support IRL but in this TL I don't see him taking on Christie very forcefully. Plus iirc losing VP nominees don't have a great track record. Lieberman '04?

Definitely supporting Kind over Sestak now, but I like them both Smiley And I'm glad Edelen carried SC, he seems to be an interesting choice.

Going for the underdog I see.

It's the natural inclination of Democrats. Kiki

Booker needs to hold Maine and squeak out a win in Michigan to keep his momentum. Otherwise everything becomes a toss up going into Super Tuesday...this primary is great!

Good on Edelen for attacking the hypocrisy there, although I don't remember if Christie was a part of the Benghazi Brigade. Hopefully there's no blowback for Edelen. He seemed to phrase the attack in a way that avoided scrutiny.
