Of course, as predicted, the Friday afternoon before the Holiday Weekend dump, so no one sees this.

Hillary had approximately 11 cell phones in her four-year tenure as SoS.

She's also "forgotten," misplaced or "broke 11 cell phones in 4 years as SoS.

Convenient timing on this dump while everyone is leaving for Labor Day vacation and there's a hurricane and terrorist attack dominating the news.

Apparently, the defense is that Hillary was too stupid to know what classified meant. Yes. Seriously.

Even you red avatars have to admit this is bad... She's either too stupid, too infirm or too cunning to try to weasel her way out of an indictment. Take your pick and try to defend this.

A sitting SoS, former Senator and former First Lady didn't know what classified meant.

So what ?
Yeah, your TEENAGER. So Hillary is as irresponsible as a teenager?

Completely innocuous wiping, of course.

Per "The Hill"

Someone using Tor breached email account on Clinton server

It probably wasn't Clinton's e-mail address, but the server appears to have been hacked.
Who else could use her private server? Huh

I don't know. It's not like Clinton has a husband or daughter or anything.
Oh, so someone could hack her daughter's phone, infect it by some virus and get access to classified information? It doesn't sound good, folks. It doesn't sound good.
As far as I see it, the red avatars on here have 3 possible defenses.

1) Their POTUS candidate is too stupid to know what classified information is.
2) Their POTUS candidate is too infirm to remember if she had classification training.
3) Their POTUS candidate is a liar.

Take your pick. All should be disqualifiers to anyone with a brain.

4. None of the emails were marked classified in the headers. Which should be enough for anyone with a brain.

I guess Hillary! thought that the "C" on those e-mails stands for "cookie," 'cause cookie starts with "C."

Its done and gone. Over 60% of the nation is tired about hearing about the damn emails. This got released on labor day weekend, not to mention many people are focusing on a huge tropical storm effecting them and their family's, including myself. .
It's no coincidence this was released over Labor Day weekend. This is really all pretty terrible.

  • Clinton used the "I had a concussion excuse" as to whether she "remembers" taking training courses.
  • She told the FBI that she didn't know what classification markers meant.
  • She claimed to be hacked.
  • She lost, destroyed or damaged 11 cell phones over 4 years.
  • She withheld 17,500 e-mails, many of which were deleted right after the NY Times ran an article about the existence of the private server.

At minimum, she comes off looking like she's too dumb to be President.
It also looks like she's medically disqualified to become President, if she can't remember briefings as SoS, what makes you think she'll remember briefings as POTUS?
At maximum, she looks like a desperate liar, doing and saying whatever it takes to evade justice.

At the end of the day, this looks horrible in the court of public opinion. She should take her lumps for this absolute stupidity of setting up a home-brew server.

Bingo.  This looks very ugly, especially because she basically claimed incompetence as her defense.  The possibility of a landslide is basically foreclosed now.  And assuming she still wins (she probably will, narrowly), this stuff has the potential to turn into Watergate 2.0 and destroy the downballot party for a generation in 2018/20.  It could also be the reason she doesn't get the senate back, which is yuge for SCOTUS purposes.

I can't believe that Hillary employed the 1) I'm too dumb, no one ever told me that C = Classified defense and 2) blamed her health issues for not remembering certain things (like whether she was ever trained).

As if the Republicans won't run with that.

The stuff in here is damning. I am not shocked for one second that Obama's FBI sought to dump this on the Friday before Labor Day.

Can this get any worse? Apparently, they sent a laptop with an archive of the e-mails on Clinton's private server in the freaking mail. (either via USPS or UPS) and it got "lost."

Per the Daily Beast.

Ugh, this is enough. I removed the HRC banner days ago as I was reconsidering my endorsement of her, but my mind is made up now:

I HEREBY WITHDRAW MY PREVIOUS ENDORSEMENT OF SECRETARY HILLARY CLINTON FOR PRESIDENT. AT THIS TIME, I DO NOT ENDORSE ANY OTHER CANDIDATE.

Hillary, if you're reading this, you can get my vote back by holding a press conference and giving a solid explanation to why you thought it was okay to send a very critical laptop and flashdrive through snail mail.

If you actually read the FBI report, then you'd know Clinton had nothing to do with the decision to send the laptop or flash drive.

That kind of incompetence is just wow. It doesn't matter whether Clinton "had nothing to do with the decision" or not. Common sense should have prevailed. There seems to be a lack of common sense with much of this fiasco.
