Does Gravis even have a consistent policy towards leaners?
Gravis has the draconian: Coke or Pepsi so to speak, with no choice for Dr. Pepper or Mr. Pibb. They force you to make the decision.

They don't follow this policy in state polls.
It's Gravis. I think they had a decent cycle in 2014, but aside from that....
