Oh that is a glorious image. First time since Iowa that someone has put a hole in his massive ego, and it shows.

Is that from when it became clear Cruz wasn't endorsing him?
No, Trump walked into the VIP section as Cruz got booed off of the stage. I don't think he was with the family at that point in time. I think that's from Eric's speech.

looks like Cruz forced himself into the 10-11PM hour and therefore forced the networks to have to run over.  Such an epic troll.
I believe he was done before 10 pm. They had a video and a few minutes of music before the 10 PM hour and Eric Trump took the stage.

"My father will fight for equal pay for equal work."

What convention is this?
Trump's. The man who has more female execs than male execs in his organization.

Any numbers on how many viewed the speech yet?
Too early to tell, especially with a good amount of the audience coming from cable. They may have a preliminary number soon, but most likely, a number won't be known until morning.

As far as the speech being "too long," 74 minutes was probably by design. It went into the 8 pm hour on the West coast and went through the time of the late local news in the East.
