In reality, that map is impossible. No way any nuclear power like Pakistan is going to give up half its territory like that, or a NATO member like Turkey for that matter. Also some of those states, like Baluchistan, will be terrorist havens.

But if we're going to do ethnic relocations and make a bunch of independent states anyway, here are my modifications:

1. Israel returns to 1980s borders, Palestinians either assimilate, die, or (preferably) leave for...
2. Uber-Jordan/Syria. Basically, combine the map's Greater Jordan, Syria, Sunni Iraq, and the northernmost bit of Arabia. I'd give it to Jordan's king Abdullah to rule, and put the capital at Damascus. Basically, it would be 'THE' Islamic/Sunni / Alawite Arab state in the area.
3. Is that tiny bit of Northern "Kurdistan" Kurdish or Armenian? If Armenian, shouldn't it go to Armenia?
4. I suggest dividing the 'Arab Shia state' into 2, make the Arabian coast an extra independent entity. It would freak Kuwait out less, and not concentrate oil money/power.
5. I don't think Lebanon needs to be any bigger.
6. The Turks will HATE HATE HATE this. If you want to mollify them, give it a skimmed-off bit of northern Syria, not much. Probably nowhere near enough.

The ide that the boarder are not sound is not news.  However, I think the rendering up top creates far too many seperations.  I think your suggestions personally.
