I disagree with the clause in Part 3, Section 3 since I feel that it infringes on Midwesterners' freedom of press and speech. Ultimately, citizens have the right to say, publish, and spread ignorant ideas if they choose. Of course, freedom of speech doesn't allow for stuff like direct threats of violence or inciting a lynch mob.

Also, I changed the tiny part about the fine, to allow the courts more flexibility and fine offenders depending on the severity of the case.

Is Governor windjammer friendly or hostile to my amendment?
