How do you decide who's an FF and who's an HP?

I wonder what the people think makes an FF and what people think makes an HP.

Mostly 2 and 7, with some 8 as well. I also consider my (in)direct interactions with them in other parts of the Leipverse outside of the forum. (Voted for 2)

Fuzzy Bear- while this post isn't a direct example of your deep knowledge of pre-1990s NYC area, FL, or Southern politics, it's still a high-quality post from your I-FL era that demonstrates why I wouldn't vote you as an HP- even though I am a broadly feminist and socially liberal Hillary voter. [Found the screenshot on my phone a couple hours ago.]

Conservatives are automatically HP.

Being a liberal/progressive doesn't automatically make someone a FF. It is a necessary, but insufficient attribute. They also have to be some combination of intelligent or personable.

Conservatives are HPs just got being conservative?!

I have a few conservative stances.

Ferguson97 doesn't really like people.  I'm saying this as an observation; lots of people fit this description. 

I generally like people.  If you're decent to people here, you're an FF in my book, with few exceptions.  I'll take grouches with effort posts.  But if you're someone who is just to others without provocation, you're an HP.  I'm not talking about people who have a bad day; I'm talking about people for whom that's their calling card.
