Certainly, he should be canned immediately. He's clearly unfit for such a position. I just find the knee-jerk reaction to do whatever possible to avoid the fact that the Orlando shooter was an Islamic radical, whether he chose to be so to avoid his own internal battles, or because he genuinely believed in the cause.

Re-read his posts. They are simply slammimg the browns of all types rather than fighting a war on terror. his "3rd world mmiscreant" term seemed to be more generic "damn beaner illegals" than "wake up Merica!!"

I think you're the one reading the most into this, Sanchez.

He's referring to the sort of people he likely faces as a prosecutor.  That's not only scary; it's also highly improper, and his posts create the appearance of insurmountable bias.  It would be interesting to track how many defendants he has prosecuted (even the ones that entered pleas) will now have viable appeals.
