but they cant vote in november. why puerto ricans dont ask democrats when they will get statehood?

The Democrats wouldn't mind PR being the 51st state but the GOP is against it because PR would be another 7 electoral votes + 2 senators + 5 House members for the Dems

Is there a chance Sanders could fall under the threshold and get Clinton to the magic number today?

Very unlikely. Clinton is probably going to get somewhere between 65 to 72%
