Oh, wow. Yeah, I guess that gives her all of the territories, as PR and USVI are about as safe for Clinton as you can get.

But the question is - why? Hawaii and most of the Pacific countries that voted in the Democrats Abroad caucuses all voted for Sanders, so why would the Pacific territories support Clinton by such a margin?

If you count Democrats Abroad as an overseas, non-state constituency, then Sanders did not get shut out in these types of elections. However PR and the Virgin Islands will go to her by large margins. PR is actually almost as important as Oregon in a Dem primary (PR 60 delegates, Oregon 61)

Looks like it will be a 4-3 Delegate split.

Tim Robbins might have cost Bernie a delegate

Since I believe a candidate has to win 64.2% to get a 5-2 split here, there are not enough votes remaining for her to get the 5th delegate.

Almost confirmed as a 4-3 split now and she will win with around 60%
