I'd assume 'traditional' is uncontracepted married PIV.

Ok. Then yes since it's being defined so narrowly, the state has in interest of prohibitinng some kinds of non-traditional intercourse, particularly incest between consenting adults (as opposed to the parent-child variety, which Trump Train already covered)
