This prohibits adult only stuff from vending machines to keep kids from getting the contents. Basically if you have to be an adult and show ID to buy it, it cant ve in an unmonitored vending machine. Think drugs, booze, smokes, weapons, sex stuff, etc. Also includes live animals for safety and used clothing for hygiene.
