She's not going to win if this goes to trial, most likely it'll be settled out of court for a much smaller amount. It's just a money grab.

Technically, what West said wasn't entirely wrong, fentanyl was a contributing factor in Floyd's death, at least according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner, though it was not the primary cause of death.

TLDR: It's a money grab that'll be settled out of court for much less than she's suing for.

The defense of a murder on camera is disgusting, but of course Derek Chauvin is going to be defended because he is the real victim conservatives. He was canceled unfairly! How dare the woke mob expect him to be held accountable for murdering a man.

I am just reiterating what the Hennepin County Chief Medical Examiner testified, unless you're suggesting that he committed perjury. This is obviously just a cash grab, not that I'm against that I'm a big advocate of making money however you can. I only believe in 2 things, God and the US Dollar.

What you are doing is putting up a sneaky defense for Chauvin. Floyd wouldn't have died that day if it wasn't for Chauvin. Chauvin wasn't convicted for being a White man like the MAGA mob would have you believe.

I never said Chauvin was innocent, I am simply saying that this is a cash grab by the mother of Floyd's daughter. I supported Chauvin's charge of 3rd-degree murder, and was fine when it was upgraded to a higher charge. I think that the widespread rioting and looting following the death of Floyd should have been handled better as well.

West didn't do anything that wasn't covered under his 1st amendment right to freedom of speech.

It's not about the money it is the principle of what was said. From a civil law standpoint he can be sued.

You have to have damages to sue, and its a lie to claim any damages, let alone 9 figures in damages. This is a bs abusive and frivolous lawsuit and the plaintiff is a HP for doing this.

And it's not abusive for Kanye West to lie about a dead person? You clearly cannot read because I said it was about the principle not the money (similar to the Sandy Hook families suing for damages). Re-traumatizing victims of crime is highly abusive.

If its about the principle you sue for nominal damages, you dont make up an obviously bogus 9 figure damages claim. All damages must be based in reality otherwise you are lying in a court filing.
