This is an entirely semantic debate that depends on whether one believes that racism is defined as prejudice+power, or just prejudice.

The only people I ever see trying to define racism as requiring magical privilege power are jerks trying to excuse awful behavior. Seriously, why the hell split hairs about "muh thats not racist its merely prejudiced" when some jerk engages in racial discrimination?
