Excellent bill.
A few very minor comments on Section 3:
- Could "lawfully" be inserted between "person" and "possessing" at the beginning of the first sentence?
- Right to concealed carry within National Parks and National Wildlife Refuges was actually passed in real life 2009 as
a rider to the Credit CARD Act and should be binding law as it pre-dates the reboot.
- Right to concealed carry within Army Corps of Engineer areas was passed last year in game as # 31
in the Dumb Regulations Repeal ActIf your goal however is to just recodify everything in 1 place so that you dont have to check 8 different sections of the US Code, that is reasonable and would mean their inclusion served a non-frivolous purpose. Not saying you should or have to remove those clauses, I mainly just wanted to clarify which of those federal properties you can already carry on.
