Since apparently the white male Nyman consensus favors harassing poor, underprivileged sex workers, here is the same bill but instead of leaving hookers alone, we instead legalize clacker balls. Satisfied?

An omnibus reg bill could be fun. Up til now ive just been doing 20 at a time to save on length and because sometimes legislators dont read longer bills as carefully.
