lol no. Ditto for breast feeding. Or farting. Or talking loudly. Or other annoying things.
I mean, how often do yall really see people outside smoking? I live in the cigarette capital of the U.S., I smoke with Cigarettes sometimes, and even here, smokers actively smoking are still a pretty small minority of people using public space. It's not like being within 1,000 feet of a lit cigarettes for 5 seconds is going to murder you. But since we've banned smoking inside, we might as well ban it outside too right?
