Why did Fields not ask a question of Drumpf at his forty-minute press conference?

Why was she waiting in an area that Secret Service was already clearing?

Why did Fields who did not see who tugged her arm ask Lewandowski if he was in the fact the person who tugged her arm?

Why did she not speak to a superior about the alleged incident instead of a speaking to a hostile news outlet and a romantic interest right away?

Why was her boyfriend (and Marco Rubio supporter from Florida) Jamie Weinstein the first person to tweet about the alleged incident? Was Jamie present?

Why does no video of this alleged incident exist? A room full of reporters and police and secret service and no one takes a video or even a picture?

Why was she wearing a skirt and heels?

Why was she out so late all alone?

Why was she in the neighborhood she was in?

Why didn't she take a taxi home instead of walking?

Why did she consume alcohol that night if she wasn't looking for trouble?

Why didn't she scream louder during the attack?

Why didn't she close her legs?

She was asking for it.

Why did this become news?

Someone at Drumpf's conferences catches a cold and it's national news.

http://criminal.findlaw.com/criminal-charges/assault-and-battery-overview.html

"Under this general definition, a battery offense requires all of the following:

intentional touching;
the touching must be harmful or offensive;
no consent from the victim."

A high level Trump campaign official allegedly committed a violent crime which is consistent with the horrible pattern of violence at these events. But yes we know ... muh TRUMP am grate an winz ... sHe iz a skank on her period.

As someone who doesn't regularly watch american television (so I have no idea if a video surfaced or whatnot), is there actually any concrete proff that this actually happened?. I'm seriously asking.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corey_Lewandowski#Trump_presidential_campaign

A couple of statements, including from the purported victim and a non-affiliated witness, a timeline that checks out, as well as a definite bruise on her arm.

Lol, i dont remember writing Drumpf.

Lol. My bad. I downloaded the John Oliver filter that automatically changes all references to Trump to Drumpf. I do my best to write out Trump when I type but at this point my brain is so used to auto-correcting that I didn't notice it had changed other people's quoted text.

I'm severely disappointed by the unusually biased comments by the moderators in this thread.

Are moderators not allowed to have opinions? I thought they just had to check each flagged post against the objective rules in a consistent and non-politically discriminatory manner. I mean, the statutory definition of battery in Florida is "no bad touch" and there is a frickin video showing Lewandowsky bad touching the lady. There is not much bias in calling a fact a fact and commenting that lying is bad.
