Simple. Each turn I make a post with player resolutions posted in the UN thread, and then you vote. All of you here is vote, keep debate in the UN thread. If resolutions are added, don't do a second post, just edit your first post for the turn and add the votes for the extra resolutions that come up. Then on Turn 2 I add another post with the resolutions for that turn, and so on.

Resolution N°1 to the Security Council vetoed by China.

Resolution N°1 to the General Assembly passes despite a strong minority against, votes by Europe, Africa and South America ensure its passage.

Resolution N°2 to the General Assembly passes very narrowly. A common complain by countries opposing was Japan and India's current stances on North Korea and the Kashmir, and the belief that more countries should be allowed in the Security Council than just two.

Resolution N°3 to the General Assembly fails resoundingly. Many condemn India's suggestion of use of UN force against Pakistan.

Motions to change the UN Charter, which giving India and Japan seats on the Security Council would do, need to be approved by all of the permanent five members. I voted against it, therefore it should fail.

This is a mere General Assembly resolution with no mandate, it is just symbolic. To make matters easier, the only way to add members of the Security Council in this game is by a vote of the Security Council itself (with all five permanent members in favor).
