Very personal, actually, but I'll survive.  *snip*

I hope everything's alright! Sad

Thank you! But no, it really isn't.

Turn is up, but it's very simple on the "crisis" for each player given the current circumstances (hope you won't mind). I do have a proposal, since I think I went overboard by having Lysa Arryn kill herself after learning about Baelish's death. Lysa would be an interesting factor to be playable, and in that sense I was wondering whether X would be interested in playing as Lysa (which I believe is the case) and whether people would complain about this retcon.

I'll wait until tomorrow night for responses and then edit either Royce or Lysa into the turn.

Okay then, I'll add Lysa into the turn and retcon the events. Short story, she attempted to kill herself at the moment, was stopped by Sansa (for irony points).

Friday, yes, can't end it sooner than that. I'll be answering outstanding questions later tonight.

I got to tell y'all, and I should've told y'all sooner, but I'm not going to continue playing Catelyn. I can play this turn, so Lumine can have more time to find a replacement.

Where are we on this?

I'll leave the Starks open after the end of turn.

Haven't made my list of orders yet, there were many changes during the last days and I have a mess to solve. Still, it doesn't feel like many players will die (probably a lot of NPC's).

End of turn will have to pushed a bit, university has been heavily demanding. Dice rolls are ready though, and you were indeed right. We have three deaths, plus a gameover.

She burned to death, for dark magic purposes.

Shouldn't my riders by in Harrenhal? And my sellswords aren't listed.

Fixed.

My congratulations to Garlan, Enduro, Elmo and 1184AZ, all of you did an excellent job. Turn begins tomorrow or Wednesay, we'll need extra players at least for House Lannister and for the North (and there's also the Blackfish and other Lords available).

I was right in my predictions for the wrong reasons. If I'd suspected Euron would go all in on the Lannisters I wouldn't have called him safe either.

Is Oberyn's army really still in Bronzegate? The writeup made it sound like it was now in the Reach. If it IS in the Reach, is that the only army facing off with mine near Brightwater Keep or was there a second Targaryen army there as well?

My mistake. Oberyn is near the Mander, close to Brightwater Keep (alongside the host that once belonged to Viserys). There's also the remnants of the Reach loyalists + Aegon's recently landed forces in Oldtown, but the first lost their battle against you and the second have just landed.

We just need the Lannisters and the Tullys/Riverlords then.

Kevan lives as well. If Dereich doesn't mind and wants to take over the Lannisters too I'll allow it, though.

The Tullys are a complicated situation since they are not going to listen to the Northern Lords anymore. If there's no players interested in them I suppose they could be left under X as Lysa.

By the way Lumine, considering I was the Heir of Viserys and that I literally landed in Hightower areas, maybe the pro Hightowers faction should be put under my control as I see absolutely no scenario where no team is made between the two?

No. You'll have to win them over.

Aegon has just landed on Westeros and while he may have been appointed heir, he is a total unknown. Doubtlessly many of the Targaryen loyalists will immediately flock to him, but not all.

And this is precisely why I prefer having players for the key Houses...

I'll give it two days for anyone to appear.

If no one steps forward I'll grant the Lannisters and the Tullys to Dereich and X due to pragmatism, and post the turn on Saturday.

Champing at my frosty bit! Any update on start of new turn?

Hmmmm... I probably need House Tully first. I really don't have the patience for three more pages on Westerosi inheritance law debates.

By the way Lumine,
Does Connington have the grey scale in this scenario?

No.

I'll be answering questions and some rulings in the coming minutes.

Terribly sorry everyone but I'm going to have to withdraw. Life getting very hectic, in a good way but still! Enjoy the fun, and thanks especially to Lumine for providing it, as ever, so friskily

Perfectly understandable (I'm also struggling with finding time for the game), but good to know things are going well!

Any suggestions as to what to do with the North?

Probably an NPC.

I'll be honest with you, gentlemen, the game is nearing its end. Some of you know I have been going through a few issues over the past few months, and right now I feel a bit overburdened because I've made my usual mistake of involving myself in too many activities at once.

That is not to say I intend to abandon the game after all we've managed to do together, but at the same I just don't have it in me to continue hosting it for too long either.

What I can offer it two solutions: I can either step down to cede the remainder of the game to someone capable who would want to host it, or we come to an early end in anywhere from two to three turns tops (meaning no White Walkers and some of the surprises I had in store of the endgame).

Thoughts?

Given all that could be covered still, I will have to agree, it seems an ending is too far away.

So I'm willing to end this turn and host the next one, and then hand over to Leonardo. If he agrees, then this turn ends on Sunday night.

Gentlemen, thank you for your patience. Things are still awful in RL, but I've managed to find spare time today.

I'm finishing up the dice rolls, so expect the results within the night.
