Huh. It seems a bit ridiculous to me considering what's happening in Japan and Brazil now (and why are most of European nations noted as in conflict?). Chile is a mostly peaceful place in terms of major conflicts (we haven't been in an actual major war since 1891 unless you count our intervention against Argentina during the Falklands War), but it should be noted that Chilean troops are currently deployed in Haiti to serve as part of a peacekeeping force and the tension with the Mapuche could technically count as an internal conflict as well (although that depends on the political views one has here). And of course there's the whole problem with the Bolivians, although most people here simply ignore Evo Morales and his repetitive speeches and claims.
