I don't think we should be specific about Windows XP.  Some schools use Macs.

Indeed. I honestly don't want to lose more time on this as I feel it's time to get this passed, so do you have any suggestions regarding the right language, Shua? I'm out of ideas here...

Where are you guys getting the money to do this?

Think of it as an investment, Deus. It's not the most responsible bill out there, but we've been working in reducing costs and this should bring benefits in the long term that we should not ignore just because it's an expensive investment.

What is the hold up with this now? I just wanted to be able to sign this before I left office, but I don't think I'll be able to now. At least Scott and I have our names on it... Tongue

Problems with the language in Section III, so here goes my last proposal:

What is the problem with debating foreign policy? It seems a lot of people are just interested on domestic policy and nothing more, xD

In all seriousness, that is certainly a good idea from the President, and I will await for the text to see if we can finally get this passed.

I agree with the President in regards to this bill not really needing any further changes, so at this stage we only need to see if there's any details left and then finally go for the final vote. It's certainly going to be expensive, but as I stated earlier in the debate, this is a good way of investing our money. Education projects may not seem fiscally sound to many at a first glance, but they can do a lot for the future of Atlasia.

Sections II to V have been already debated and we have solved the issue of wifi, computers, texbooks and responsibility, and with Section I already amendment and corrected in many places I wonder if there's anything else that we're missing here.

No more concerns here? Mr. Vice-President, I call for a final vote!
