I think the CA/WA method would have really been fun in the 2008 election.

Imagine the following match-ups:
  • Hillary vs. Huckabee in Arkansas
  • Hillary vs. Edwards in West Virginia
  • Hillary vs. Obama in California
  • Hillary vs. Giuliani in New York
  • Obama vs. Paul in Washington
  • Paul vs. Romney in Alaska
  • Hillary vs. Romney in Massachusetts
  • Hillary vs. Thompson in Tennessee
