I don't think there is really a choice for the date. It is in the regional constitution (if the one on the wiki is up to date).

Are you sure we vote on the voting right amendment this in a few hours?

It depends when it is officially passed.

Goldwater assembled the signature and sent it to the regions Thursday. In this post, NCYankee says it can be close tomorrow (Thursday), time expires tomorrow (Thursday).

I'm not familiar with federal House rules, maybe they consider something passed before time expires and the VP is not needed for the amendment to be considered passed.

After seeing you were not reelected to the regional assembly I wanted to visit your office and commend you for executing your public duty. The voting booths were opened on time, you were present when it was time to vote on bills from what I saw and you posted some public statements. It was unfortunate the assembly size had to shrink and one of the incumbents would not be back.

I guess it's not all sad news since you have been appointed to representative. Good luck in your new job.

I agree with you on HB1141. If someone holding office is involves it could create a vacancy, someone could miss an election or decide to not come back. It has the effect on the game of losing players. The government should not legitimize that form of conflict resolution.
