I can't think of politicians who day and year of birth are exactly the same, but I can think of one famous person who was born on the exact same day: Morgan York.

I share my birthday with Martin O'Malley and (most significantly) Daniel Webster. And for non-politicians: Cary Grant, Danny Kaye, and A.A. Milne. Not sure about anyone else.
