Gotquestions is a decent site IMO, but I can't agree with everything I've read on there (such as their endorsement of worshipping on Sunday to "commemorate Jesus' resurrection.") I don't have a single favorite religious website, since I don't visit religious sites often except on the Sabbath, but here are a few of them:
