How close to the 2018 election can Republicans try to pass Health Care reform before being too afraid of voter blow back in a election year? January 2018? July 2018?

Summary:

# of more people uninsured would be:
14 million by 2018
21 million by 2020
24 million by 2026

Total # uninsured in 2026 would be 52 million.

But, Medicaid slashes would reduce the deficit over 10 years by $337 Billion.

B-b-but the CBO hasn't even read the bill. FAKE report!

The GOP can always spin it like: "It's not that 22 million people are LOSING their health care but it's more like 22 million people are just GAINING 'muh liberty' "

You mean 22 million now have "choices."

They can now decide if they want to die from lung cancer or heart disease.

Time may be running out for Republicans in the Senate as well. They are currently on a week long holiday for July the 4th, and won't be back until July 10th. They will also then be on their summer vacation starting on the 28th of July until early September. That only gives them 18 days to try to hammer out a deal. There is supposed to be a big nasty fight over the budget and debt limit in September that will occupy their time as well. Each month closer to the 2018 election Republicans keep their disastrous health care plan alive, the more people will remember in November 2018.

The Orange clown's take

3 Republicans and 48 Democrats let the American people down. As I said from the beginning, let ObamaCare implode, then deal. Watch!

What would happen if the Republicans had a miracle and passed the healthcare bill, but at 12:05 am east coast time on October the 1st? Could they say it's still September 30th 11:05 pm in central time or only 9:05 pm on the west coast?
