I give him a B. Pretty good if low energy performance, but I thought the low energyness of it actually worked because he let Trump answer his questions generally, which did not benefit Mr. Trump.

he had a big chance when addressing Cybersecurity to address Clinton's emails. Any part of the foreign policy portion where he was just yammering and yammering he could've brought up BENGHAZI or CLINTON FOUNDATION. The fact is he's an unprepared candidate.
