Lankford: 1, practically comatose. T.W. Shannon was very high energy, but the alter boy coalition in Oklahoma stole the nomination from him and gave it to their fellow alter boy.
My congressman Jim Bridenstine is probably the highest energy of the bunch, closing in on a 7. Frank Lucas is the lowest, registering at a 0, tied with Tom Cole ("Look at that face!").
