I don't get the sudden dismissal of Kasich. He is a longshot and had a bad debate but he is better off than most of the so-called establishment candidates.

It only counts as most if you include Lindsey Graham and Carly Fiorina as "establishment candidates". Jeb Bush is doing better than Kasich and I'd say Christie is slowly but surely moving ahead of Kasich.
