I read the article and thought to myself - why is Perry's campaign manager suggesting he should compete in New Hampshire in the first place? If I wanted to keep Perry running, then I would cut a lot of expenses by just not showing up there. Why would New Hampshire go for Perry?

Of course reminds us why Perry is here in the first place - because he's polling at 1%. Nobody wants Perry 4 Prez. But Iowa is a place where Perry, if he puts his nose to the grind stone, could gain a lot of ground.
