That would be awesome if he were to fully embrace it. 

I would be more inclined to be supportive of him in a general election. It'd still be tough though.

You're a libertarian, right?  I don't understand why a libertarian would even consider voting for a Bush, no offense.

None taken. And obviously my opposition to him in a primary is strong. But if he backed gay marriage outright, I might be willing to take a "lesser of two evils" route, particularly in Oklahoma, because no Libertarian in a long time has ever made the ballot. Still, it's pretty unlikely, and I generally would, in a Bush v. Clinton scenario, spoil my ballot.
