Garcia winning would be a pretty great upset.

I'll take a leap and say Garcia loses by 12 points or more. Maybe he'll get a slight sympathy bump from that awful line of questions, but he's proven to be a disaster in the run-off election.

Yeah, this is Rahm's ceiling to me. There is too many people against him for Jesus to do too badly, but he also probably won't go beyond 46% or so.

Yep. This was easy to see. Garcia basically got about the minimum of what any Rahm challenger should get.
