Clovis pulls ahead in Iowa, but with 7 precincts in. He leads in Cherokee county with about 45% so far. Ernst leads almost everywhere else.

EDIT: Ernst is ahead now. 1% in, leads Clovis 34-33.

That's a shame. If Clovis weren't so unabashedly anti-gay marriage, he might've had my vote. Anyone but Ernst.

Republicans have just given away the Senate seat, Ernst has probably won the nomination.

How is Matt Schultz, the Iowa secretary of state, in third place? That's a pretty pathetic. Career ending performance I say.

Looks like Palazzo may avoid a run-off. Currently a 50-43. Still, impressive results for Taylor.

And holy ish, this is suspenseful.

I believe he's running for the House.

Anyway, "Mamacita" just took the lead in MS, with about 80% in.

Um, I know he's running for the house. I am saying it's pretty embarassing someone who has won statewide as a Republican is in third in a primary for a house seat.

Yeah, Bohligner lost, but it's not surprising, considering the Democratic Party did EVERYTHING in their power to defeat him.

Doesn't matter because Walsh is headed for defeat anyway.

The AP called the New Jersey Senate for Jeffrey Bell, the man who started the anti-Republican Senator streak in New Jersey.

Excellent news! Looks like Palmer will make it to the run-off. Now I have someone to root for!

Kashkari, thus far, holds a narrow lead over Donnelly, but obviously the night is young.

And lol, Jerr Bear is at 56%.

Joe Baca is in fifth, behind the Gooch in California's 31st. That's former Congressman Joe Baca.

Zinke has pulled ahead of Stapleton. Zinke is probably the best chance the Democrats have, considering he may have broken campaign finance law.

MT-AL (R) called for Ryan Zinke, who has 33% in a 5-way field.

Congrats Dems - The Republicans basically nominated a criminal. Only waiting for it to blow up.

Politico calls it for Brat in an upset.

And Cantor's district is R+10, so you can forget about any sort of Democratic pick-up.

Who cares?  Cantor lost Smiley

I'm certainly a little happy about that. Cantor was always a little weasel, and that is partially why he rose so quickly.

Raye keeps getting closer. I have a feeling he will pass Polquin. If not, hello Congresswoman Emily Cain.

What happens if "None of These Candidates" option wins?

The person behind NOTA wins. Disappointing, I know.

Just throwing some numbers at the board, they're probably all wrong (though OK is my best guess, looking at the numbers and such)

MS: 52% McDaniel, 48% Cochran
OK: 46% Shannon*, 42% Lankford*, 9% Brogdon, 3% Others
MD (D): 44% Brown, 29% Mizeur, 25% Gansler
CO (R): 38% Beauprez, 32% Tancredo, 16% Kopp, 14% Gessler

Looks like Lankford wins outright in OK for now.

It's super early, and likely Shannon will close the margin.

If Shannon does lose by the margins he, at this moment, could be losing by, it's a pretty shocking failure.

I have to wonder why Shannon blundered in such an amazing way.
