I don't think Hillsborough is a city. But, if we do accept that, here are some other towns in that range in NC that voted for Obama:

-Black Mountain
-Boone
-Brevard
-Davidson
-Probably Swannanoa--the bits that are in an Obama precinct seem more populous.
