Honestly Donald Trump probably runs for a third term, as term limits may be overturned by 2014 depending on how many seats the Republicans pick up in Congress and how the state legislative elections turn out in 2022 and 2024.
I am predicting that because the 22nd Amendment has a 50-50 chance of being overturned either by Congress (which is possible depending on the results of the 2022 and 2024 Senate and House elections) or by an Article V state convention (which also might be possible considering that the Republicans are guaranteed to pick up a bunch of state legislatures and governorships in 2022), President Donald Trump would technically be able to run for multiple terms in 2028 if he wins in 2024.
