Yep, it's possible to check results by district (distrito), municipality (concelho) and parish (freguesia).

For instance: results for Carnota, a freguesia in the concelho of Alenquer belonging to the distrito of Lisboa:

I'm looking some results in the Açores and Madeira and wondering, why PSD and CDS are running in their own in the islands? It's funny, because in Açores PS is ahead (40.3%, 3 seats), while PSD is coming second (36.15%, 2 seats). The addition PPD/PSD and CDS-PP is nearly the same as the votes cast for the PS.

In Madeira, PPD-PSD gets 37.75% and 3 seats, PS 20.9% and 2, BE 10.66% and 1. Adding the votes cast for CDS-PP (6.02%), they could have won an additional seat at the expense of the PS. PPD/PSD is down from 49.39% in 2011 (Madeira is a stronghold). Juntos pelo Povo (Together for the People, JPP) is getting 6.93% in Madeira (the party was founded in the town of Santa Cruz) , while in the other districts they are running they don't reach 0.2%. The Portuguese constitution doesn't allow independent lists nor regional parties.

Why is PaF doing so well in Lisboa? I thought the city leaned left.

Not so well. In 2011 PPD/PSD got 33.86% and CDS-PP 13.75%. Right now they are getting together 34.49%.
