Actually, no one knows for sure when he was born. So December 25th is as good of a day as any to celebrate it.
Regardless of when Jesus' birth date actually fell, I've never quite understood why Christmas is way bigger than Easter... it seems to me that any old Joe can be
born; the real important part comes from his death and resurrection.
