Was he using a sniper rifle?  If so, where would he even get one?  I can't imagine those being legal.

Whenever opebo opens his mouth, conversation immediately focuses on him and what he has to say... which is exactly what he wants.

Why people still give him attention after all this time is beyond me.  He doesn't want to debate, he wants attention, and he's willing to say whatever outrageous thing he needs to in order to get it.

Ah, so you're suggesting that it doesn't matter too much if victims get punished as well and a society of fear develops, so long they contribute to a low official crime rate?

Well, he's correct that ridiculously harsh punishments for every crime would probably result in a low crime rate.

What this really proves is that a low crime rate by itself is not a very good metric of whether or not a place is desirable.
