Oppose.

While I can appreciate the notion that, for example, black people would respond well to successful black role models, more so than they would to seeing only successful white people (which would give the impression that only white people can be successful, dampening their spirit), I don't believe that simply saying "okay, let's hire x black people, y asians, z hispanic people, etc." will solve the problem.
