Emperor,

Given that currently only myself and Oak Hills have chosen to accept write-ins, the current election to the at-large seat(s) elects one rather than three members. The Legislature Size Adjustment Act amended the Government Restructuring Act to make it so (relevant section follows).

I'd like to introduce non-profit and cooperative insurance providers. Not sure on for-profits though.
