"If I win, yes", it "means will/can no longer be SoEA". The Semi-Presidentialism Amendment only applies to Senators, not to regional legislators.

Atlasia accounts for 77% of Canada's exports market and 52% of its imports. A reduction in trade would be decidedly negative for the Atlasian economy, but Canada's the one who's really shooting itself in the foot here.

Given that one in seven Canadian jobs depend on trade with Atlasia, the real question is how long we have to wait until Trudeau's inauguration.

99% of Canadian oil exports are sent to Atlasia. I really do question who they think they're ramping up the pain on.
