Probably 40 something when I was a stupid college freshman and tried to pull all-nighters.  A couple months ago I spent 30 something hours awake straight, 22 of which were spent moving furniture.  One of the worst experiences of my life.

I did not sleep during that 3 day period and by the time I took my exam on day 3 my brain was buzzing so loudly that I got a 25. Luckily I was allowed to retake the exam after sleep and got a 90. Sleep is important.

Yeah eventually I learned that all-nighters were just not worth it
